Another New Avengers Book? "Superior" By Dan Slott

So what are the chances that the Superior teaser released a while back is actually a new Spider-Man Avengers team book?

USA Today revealed a new version of the teaser with the creative team of Dan Slott, Humberto Ramos, Ryan Stegman and Giuseppe Camuncoli.

I can't think of any way that "Superior" fits with a stand-alone Spider-Man book, but it does fit with Avengers.
