Shane Black has officially cast Wang Xuequi as Dr. Wu in Iron Man 3 and released two images to go with it.
Wang Xuequi is a leading actor in China, and Marvel Studios will film for a week in Bejing.
We've previously heard that Wang Xuequi was attached to the character of Chen Lu, known in the comics as Radioactive Man, but Deadline offers that Xuequi's role "is not a huge part,” so possibly Wu won't be Lu.
The Chinese are involved with the production of Iron Man 3, with Marvel Studios trying to get a Chinese co-production status.
Iron Man 3 blasts off May 3rd, 2013 directed by Shane Black and starring Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle.
