Marvel Fear Itself Panel Teasers: New Defenders? (Silver Surfer added)

Marvel released another teaser for their "Fear Itself" Panel at the SDCC, this time featuring the Silver Surfer!
It's thought this might be for a new Defenders series, consisiting of Iron Fist, Doctor Strange, Red She-Hulk and now the Silver Surfer.
Also, the different colored letters in each of the teasers seem to form some kind of sentence.
So far the words seem to be:
Orange letters "Thus (or Shut) the engines down"
Yellow letters: "The universe will be ran"
Red letters: "Everyone you love dies"
Maroon letters: "Fight to save everything"
