Marvel To Renumber All Comics To #1

As we know, the X-Men 5 have the power of the Phoenix, and we know that the phoenix is reborn from the ashes etc.
So out of the ashes of AvX (haha, do I even go there?) — not a new Marvel will come, just new #1 issues.
Bleeding Cool has been writing about this for the past couple of weeks, and they state we'll be learning more at the upcoming SDCC, and that it will be called "Marvel Now."
And BC notes that DC Comics conveniently has their own SDCC Panel aptly titled "DC Now." Maybe a shot at Marvel, maybe not.
So while it really does come to no surprise that Marvel would relaunch its books with #1 following the success of DC Comics own reboot, I think we are all wondering what is going to change besides the numbering?
Seems creative teams will shift as well as a possible change in character designs.
BC has a bunch of the rumors up, but for Marvel Cosmic fans, Rich states: McGuinness will be on Nova (most likely with Loeb, I would think), Bendis and Immonen on an X-Men (with rumored cosmic flare), Uncanny Avengers by Remender and Opena (note: I stated Remender will be on an Avengers book back in January as well as Bendis on GoTG), Hickman and Ribic on Avengers, and Matt Fraction and Larocca on Fantastic Four.
Hickman and Remender on Avengers sounds like a sure win to me; Loeb and McGuinness can keep their new Nova; Bendis X-Men? I'll let the DOC decide that one; Fraction on Fanatastic Four? I'll wait and see.
