Superman #687
I’m sick of the Science Police. I don’t know if I can take much more of them being front and center. I don’t care about “Goldilocks†or his flying shield.
Action Comics #876
This issue put the ACTION back into ACTION COMICS. Greg Rucka is making an incredibly lame character like Chris Kent into someone I actually care about.
Supergirl #40
And the Superwoman stands revealed. I was pretty much on the edge of my seat the whole time. Sterling Gates deserves so many props for this arc.
REVIEW: Superman: World Of New Krypton #2
James Robinson and Greg Rucka are doing an amazing job of writing Superman while at the same time reinventing Kryptonian culture.
Booster Gold #19
My biggest gripe with the series is that sometimes it just feels like a "typical" comic book, all action, all plot and little inner exposition.
Flash: Rebirth #1
I highly recommend this issue to anyone looking for an epic story that is sure to pay off. Green Lantern: Rebirth ushered in a new dawn for the Green Lantern.
Superman #686
As a first issue, which is essentially what this is, I think it’s decent. I’m going to give it 3½ out 5 Speeding Bullets.
Booster Gold #18
Booster Gold is fun, but there is still so much depth to him. I hope Jurgens will continue to go deeper, I know he can, but he does more soon.
Supergirl #39
I’d say this book deserves a pick up for being so consistently solid and enjoyable. I give it a nice rating of 4 out of 5 Speeding Bullets.
Green Lantern Corps #34
The "Green Lantern Corps" continues fun and classic science fiction story telling.
